Sobolo is the drink of long afternoons and family gatherings — tart, floral, alive. We brew ours in small batches with dried hibiscus, fresh ginger root, and a whisper of pineapple, then chill it until it’s the colour of sunset.
No high fructose anything. No artificial flavours. Just hibiscus, spice, and patience.
Serve it cold over ice at dinner, bring it to a picnic, or sip it straight from the bottle on a warm day. It pairs perfectly with rich, spiced food — especially our pork suya or a plate of jollof.
