  • 1 lb chicken, beef, or goat meat (optional)

How to make Ghana jollof rice

  • Season your chicken or beef with salt, garlic and black pepper, then fry or grill until golden and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large pot and saute the sliced onions until soft and fragrant.
